EXCHANGE & RETURNS

  1. Please inform us immediately when you’ve decided to exchange/return the item – contact@aondeals.com
  2. Make sure the item is still in its original packaging, without any damage or signs of use
  3. We will get back to you about the next steps you will need to take and where you need to send the item back to
  4. Return shipping will be borne by you (the customer)
  5. For returns, you may be liable to pay additional shipping fees for the exchanged item to be sent to you. We will advise you accordingly
